Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. During product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the selected shipping method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. PRNDL is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us at support@madebyprndl.com. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
